INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the seller ( La Cavalerie ) and the client of the Internet Shop (https://www.sellerie-materiel-equitation.com) . Validation of Terms at the time of finalization of the command is mandatory, resulting therefore the acceptance of all the present conditions. They predominate over all other conditions contained in any other document.

ARTICLE 1 : PRODUCTS

La Cavalerie reserves the right at any time and without notice to add or remove products from its catalog.

The pictures are not contractual.

ARTICLE 2 : PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, including taxes, excluding postage costs. Goods are always billed at the rate in effect when ordering. La Cavalerie reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability on that date. Title retention clause . The products remain the property of La Cavalerie until full payment is received by La Cavalerie.

ARTICLE 3 : ORDER

You can order Online https://www.sellerie-materiel-equitation.com. The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. La Cavalerie confirms the acceptance of its purchase order to the email address the customer has given. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. La Cavalerie reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
La Cavalerie reserves the right to accept or reject the order at any time. The information stated by the buyer, when ordering, commit this: if case of mistakes in the recipient's details, La Cavalerie can not be held responsible for failure in which it could deliver the product. The minimum purchase amount for your order to be taken into account is € 10 excluding postage.
The registration of the order implies acceptance of the entirety of these Conditions of Sale. As part of a payment by credit card or bank transfer, the sale is considered concluded only after acceptance of payment and confirmation of the order by La Cavalerie.
As part of a payment by check, the sale will be considered as concluded and will therefore be shipped upon receipt and validation of the paycheck by La Cavalerie. Order processing is done from Monday to Saturday (Sunday excluded). 
The invoice of the order is available on the website of La Cavalerie in the My Account section.The data recorded by the computer system of La Cavalerie constitute proof of all transactions between the vendor and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 : SHIPPING COSTS

They include postage and packing. 
However, the usual shipping costs may vary according to postal rate increases. Depending on the weight of the order, we may need to go through a different service than the Post.
Also for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes due under the laws of the country receipt of order.
Home deliveries are done without making an appointment. 

For Metropolitan France, the shipping costs are free beyond 75 € TTC with the carrier Shop 2 Shop.

Carrier selection is at the initiative of the customer.  

ARTICLE 5 : TRANSPORT

ARTICLE 6 : PAYMENT

Orders are to be paid cash.

ARTICLE 7 : RETENTION OF TITLES

The goods remain our property until full payment. Pursuant to Law No. 80335 of 12 May 1980 (OJ of 12/13/05/1980 ) the transfer of ownership of goods delivered and invoiced is suspended until full payment (applicable to the right to claim even in case of receivership or liquidation). Legal ownership of our items will therefore be transferred to the purchaser as of the date he/she has fully paid the price. If the goods are sold in the meantime, the client must grant us the debt and if regulations on this debt are adopted, they must be sent to us upon receipt.

ARTICLE 8 : E-MAIL ADDRESS AND CUSTOMER

The acknowledgment, validation, shipping notices and tracking of your orders will be made only by email, it is very important that you communicate to us a reliable and valid email address when creating or modifying your account online. Except in case of specific request from you, we will not send emails that have been returned to us twice in mailer daemon due to incorrect email addresses or e -mail account not regularly emptied. Voluntarily incomplete accounts, address, postal address, phone numbers, etc ... will be automatically deleted.

ARTICLE 9 : DELIVERY

The delivery includes the period for acceptance of the order, order processing and shipping. For items in stock, the maximum period is 5 working days in France. Some items are sold until running out and may not be renewed. In this case, in case the product could be ordered, delivery times are clearly specified item by item. The ad deadline is a "maximum" period that takes into account of supplier delays themselves greatly. In this case, the customer will be informed by mail or telephone. ARTICLE 10 : DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. La Cavalerie can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers.

ARTICLE 11 : CRIMINAL CLAUSE

The customer has 14 days from the delivery of the order (Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code) to return an item that does not suit him. La Cavalerie undertakes to grant a credit (valid 90 days) or refund the item provided that it is returned intact, without trace of use and accompanied by the original invoice to print, within 14 days . The return costs are paid by the customer.
